✨ That Friday Feeling

As the week draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what’s been a focused and productive few days here at Larchfield.

From managing maintenance requests and liaising with contractors, to progressing compliance checks and keeping communication flowing with our clients—our team continues to work hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

It’s also been great to see Monika settling further into her role as Maintenance Coordinator. Now into her third week, she’s already adding real value and helping us streamline the way we respond to day-to-day repair and maintenance matters across our portfolio.

As always, a big thank you to our clients, residents and contractors for their ongoing support. We’ll be back on Monday—recharged and ready to go.
