Proud to be delivering the first-floor refurbishment at Regent House — a key administrative hub for Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

As work continues in the HSE offices, we’re delighted to share a little more about the project.

The offices are receiving a much-deserved refresh with new electrics, data points, full decoration, carpets, and modern furniture. We’ve also refreshed a dedicated rest area and kitchen, giving the hard-working NHS staff a comfortable space to unwind.

All of this is happening while the team continues to work on site — a great example of collaboration and care in a live environment.

A special thank-you to all the staff for their cooperation and patience while the works have been carried out — it’s been a pleasure working alongside you.

It’s a privilege to play our part in enhancing everyday spaces for those who keep the NHS running. 👏👏👏

We are pleased to announce the completion of our latest project in Exeter, delivering a light-touch conversion of two former small hotels into bespoke supported living accommodation for Young Devon.

This scheme required a rapid turnaround to ensure the buildings could be brought into service quickly, providing much-needed support spaces for young people in the community. Our team worked efficiently and sensitively to adapt the existing structures while maintaining quality and functionality throughout.

We’re proud to have played a part in helping Young Devon continue their incredible work, and we value the opportunity to strengthen our ongoing relationship with such a meaningful charity.

A big thank you to all involved for helping deliver this important project on time and ready for use.

As the summer holidays draw to a close, we’re proud to look back on another busy and successful programme of works delivered across schools and community facilities in the region.

Our teams at MW Benney Ltd, supported by our trusted supply chain partners, have worked tirelessly to complete essential refurbishments, improvements, and upgrades — ensuring classrooms and facilities are ready to welcome pupils and staff for the new term.

🚨 Project Secured – Countess wear Community School 🚨

We’re pleased to share that MW Benney Ltd has been awarded the contract for an exciting new project at Countess wear Community School in Exeter

The scope of works includes:

School may be out for many pupils this week but for building firm MW Benney Ltd the work's just beginning.
