We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our busy team and directly support our accounts office supervisor. Previous accounts experience is absolutely essential.

The successful candidate will be proactive and keen to learn new roles & procedures. The role includes administrative duties , filing , data input, purchase ledger, sales ledger, entering rent and service charge payments from bank statements, collating monthly director reports and year end reports, liaising with directors of the companies we manage, external accountants and also our internal property managers.

This position is Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
