It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Grace, our Registered Nurse, has been named Lincombe Manor Care Centre's Employee of the Year 2026!
Having been part of the Lincombe family for 11 years, Grace has dedicated herself to providing outstanding care, compassion and support to our residents and their loved ones. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness make her an invaluable member of our team, and this award is a reflection of the incredible difference she makes every single day.
Grace received an overwhelming number of nominations from residents, relatives and colleagues, all sharing stories of the compassion and reassurance she has shown during some of life's most difficult moments.
