💍 When our beautiful Bride steals the show at her own Wedding!

🥂What started off as a small gathering for close friends and family soon turned into a large celebration of love and happiness for N&C, our wonderful Bride and Groom.

Guests couldn’t take their eyes off the owners of the local children’s dance school, who had swapped their casual sportswear for such elegance on their Big Day.

💖 Watch till the end for an emotional surprise visit from all the children and parents who had made a special pilgrimage to see their favourite dance teacher in her beautiful Wedding Dress, and then join the Wedding photoshoot outside magnificent Parade House.

🥂“Lord and Lady Trowbridge” will be welcoming international visitors again from the Jane Austen Festival, Bath to magnificent Georgian Parade House Trowbridge for an afternoon of Regency Splendour, where Jane Austen stopped for tea on her way to Bath.

And if you have missed all our other Jane Austen events this week, then there are just a few tickets left for the Regency Cream Tea in the Ballroom with performances by the Jane Austen Dancers of Bath on 27th September. Bookings via the website, link in bio.

🪞 “Mirror, mirror on the wall, will they recognise me at all?”

🥂 We’re so excited to welcome the Jane Austen Festival, Bath to magnificent Grade 1 Listed Parade House Trowbridge today for Ladies & Gentlemen On Parade : Jane Austen Festival 2026- an afternoon of Regency Splendour in one of the finest houses in Wiltshire!

🎬 Get your cameras ready! After a short train ride from Bath through the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, The Promenade will set off from Trowbridge train station and arrive at Parade House around 2pm.

🎩 Lord and Lady Trowbridge will welcome the Parade wearing 18th Georgian costumes, which were high fashion when Parade House was built for a wealthy clothier in 1720, at a time when Trowbridge was the wealthiest town in the West of England during the to the booming wool and cloth industry.

But will the Regency visitors recognise their hosts - or see ghosts from a different past?
