Anna Wilson Property Development Ltd C Property Development was a natural progression from a substantial career in property. The new plot is currently being cleared!

This includes over 25 years working as an Estate Agent, running my own Lettings Company and owning multiple Buy To Lets and an HMO. The Development began with renovating cottages, extensions/conversions, splitting properties and plots and obtaining planning permission. The first plot involved the removal of the existing bungalow and obtaining planning permission for three high quality corner house

s with individual gardens and parking. These were completed and sold in 2020; also shortlisted for the Cornish Build Awards.
