SITE UPDATE: Ashton Development 🏡

Great progress is being made at our Ashton development, where all 14 affordable homes are really taking shape.

Our latest photos highlight the neat exterior finishing coming together across the site as we push closer toward completion.

This sustainable community scheme delivers:
8 homes for social rent, providing vital secure housing to support local families.
6 homes for shared ownership, helping local buyers take their first step onto the property ladder.
A total site footprint of 7,196 sqm,
1,155 sqm dedicated to public open space and sustainable drainage, ensuring a green, eco-friendly environment for the whole neighborhood. Big well done to Jessica Quintrell for keeping things looking immaculate down there! 😁

EBC Groundworks are off to a flying start at Reawla. Detailed groundworks and foundation preparation are progressing exceptionally well, with excellent progress being made across the site. Thanks to the fantastic weather, work is moving ahead at pace—long may it continue!

Exciting news! New Site Announcement !

We are excited to begin our work on-site at Reawla for Coastline Housing

Delivering 35 new affordable homes in the sunny Hayle area.
The scheme will provide a mix of affordable-rented homes, supporting local needs and creating a high-quality new community.
Set within a 17,200m² site, this is a fantastic new development for the area.

We’re also pleased to have our Senior Site Manager, Dave Gambrill, leading the project team on site.
