Site Update: Park En Venton, Mullion – 26 Affordable Dwellings

Drone update from our 26 new affordable homes at Park En Venton in Mullion.
All 26 homes will be available for social rent, including a great mix of 1-bed flats, 2-bed houses, accessible bungalows and larger family homes up to 4-beds.
The latest drone shots show the external works really coming together.
It’s looking like a fantastic scheme for the local area, and it’ll be great to see families moving in once it’s complete.

Exciting News! 🚧 New Site Announcement!

We’re delighted to officially announce the start of work on our new 30-home residential development in Ruan Minor, Cornwall.

With Site Manager Ben Noakes and Contracts Manager Kevin Williams leading the way, construction is officially underway! 👷‍♂️
This thoughtfully designed scheme will deliver much-needed, high-quality affordable housing for the local community, featuring a fantastic mix of social rent bungalows, flats and houses.

The development has also been carefully designed with green space, biodiversity and the local environment at its heart:

🌿 Public Open Space: A generous 2,250m² of green space, providing residents with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
🦋 Biodiversity Enhancement Area: A dedicated 1,400m² area designed to support and nurture local wildlife and enhance biodiversity.
🌼 Wildflower Integration: Thoughtfully incorporated throughout the scheme, with a specialist wildflower seed mix helping to create attractive habitats for pollinators and local wildlife.

We look forward to seeing Ruan Minor take shape over the coming months!

Progress is moving at great speed, thanks to the incredible hard work of our team on site.

With major infrastructure milestones now being reached, new road surfacing is underway and foundations are being poured across the site — bringing us another step closer to delivering much-needed affordable homes for local people.

Just minutes from Hayle’s famous golden beaches and rich industrial heritage, this scheme will deliver a vital mix of high-quality affordable units, supporting local housing needs and helping build a welcoming new community in this incredible coastal location.

SITE UPDATE: Ashton Development 🏡

Great progress is being made at our Ashton development, where all 14 affordable homes are really taking shape.

Our latest photos highlight the neat exterior finishing coming together across the site as we push closer toward completion.

This sustainable community scheme delivers:
8 homes for social rent, providing vital secure housing to support local families.
6 homes for shared ownership, helping local buyers take their first step onto the property ladder.
A total site footprint of 7,196 sqm,
1,155 sqm dedicated to public open space and sustainable drainage, ensuring a green, eco-friendly environment for the whole neighborhood. Big well done to Jessica Quintrell for keeping things looking immaculate down there! 😁
