Using our point cloud surveys our clients are able to utilise the data to create visual 3D renders and models which can help showcase new design ideas and concepts, before any of the ground work has begun.

The beauty of using laser scanners for large dwellings such as these Methodist churches, are that the data collected will be accurate, efficient, and mitigates risk. Dangerous and hard to reach areas such as loft spaces, voids and basements, can be surveyed without the requirement for external resources.

Aerial photos from 2 of our site visits last week in the cracking weather we were treated with.
On the second visit we worked alongside the local airfield to safely conduct drone flights whilst working in close proximity to light manned aircraft.

Did you know as of April 2020 all rental properties need an EPC? If your property doesn’t have a valid EPC rating of ‘E’ or above, it cannot be legally let.

There was a potential scheme in place that by 2028 rental properties would need a EPC rating of 'C' and above, the Government also proposed raising the penalty for not having a valid EPC from £5,000 to £30,000 from 2028.

This scheme has since been scrapped. However we are striding to achieve a Greener more Carbon Neutral future, we anticipate higher EPC ratings being mandatory in the near future.

An up to date EPC can also aid in selling your home. Allowing potential buyers to understand how the property is currently performing.

One of our latest surveys where we were tasked to measure a block of 16 flats internally and externally.

Without the assistance of laser scanners, a survey like this would have been time consuming, but also incredibly hard to record accurate data.
