A proper Cornish cottage in the heart of St Agnes. 🌿

Roseneath is full of the character you’d hope for from an older cottage, with period features, an inglenook fireplace, wood-burning stove and cosy rooms made for slower days in.

There’s space for up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including a handy ground-floor double, plus two living areas, a spacious family bathroom and a courtyard for sitting out when the weather plays nicely.
And the location is hard to beat. St Agnes is packed with independent shops, pubs and places to eat, while Trevaunance Cove is just a short walk away for beach days, rockpooling and surfing.

From here, you can also pick up the South West Coast Path and explore some of Cornwall’s most dramatic coastline, including the historic mining landscape around Wheal Coates.

8 Harbour Terrace sits right on the harbour wall, with uninterrupted views across the water and the beach just moments away. From the terrace and balcony, you can watch fishing boats drift in and out, catch the sunset over the harbour and generally make a very strong case for staying put.

Inside, there’s room for four across two bedrooms, with a cosy open-plan living space, a wood-burning stove and a bright contemporary kitchen.

The main bedroom opens onto its own balcony with elevated harbour views, while three well-behaved dogs are welcome too.
Step outside and Portreath’s beach, cafés, shops and coastal paths are all within easy walking distance, with the South West Coast Path practically on the doorstep.
