Another fantastic result today for the sellers and new buyers of Victoria Road, Edenbridge!

Sale agreed after 3 offers flew in this week. It has gone to a lady who actually requested to view the house within a few days of it going to the market, we stayed in touch the whole way through until she was in a proceed-able position and I couldn’t be happier for all involved!

When you let yourself into someone’s house and it’s not the one you’re marketing!

No, I’m only joking….This beauty is very much coming to the market. Although I was supposed to simply turn the key and walk on in.. sometimes things don’t go to plan 🤦🏼‍♀️
