Before launching HG CAD Services, I worked for a firm of Chartered Surveyors for some 15 years, during which time I gained a Diploma in Surveying Practice and had extensive experience as an Assistant Surveyor in relation to residential, commercial, and institutional properties. I was involved with Property Management and building projects for which the production of drawings on AutoCAD was an esse

ntial part. I worked for commercial and private clients including several Charities, a large independent school, and small property companies.

In November 2019, I started on planning to set up my own business offering freelance CAD Services, making use of my extensive experience in this field. The company was launched at the beginning of January 2020.

We act directly for private clients but when working for Architects, Surveyors, or other Consultants, we can operate under their direction remotely or in their offices as requested.

With lots been happening during the last three months. HGAD achitecture design has now been upgraded.

We are so greatful for the support and help by our new website I T firm, Wassel Creative who are based in Buxted in Sussex, just near Uckfield for putting together our new website (Platform) over the past six months.

HGAD architecture design is the heart and soul of the drawings from floor layouts to elevations, alterations to commercal busniess flowing well, keeping every client happy just by focusing on drawings diect with our clients, with a fast turnaround.

This keeps the heart & soul of the community & the South of Englands rhythm running healthy and the clockwork ticking. Thats why our businness only runs on AutoCAD only.

We are a surveying business but we do not run in regarding to home buyers reports, part wall if you property or business office needs major issues, just drawings / for planning.

We look forward to working with you diect when you need a firm to carry out your plans, dreans or what ever the drawings may be needed or used for in the near furture. We would love to help you as so meny clients have used our services and love what we do for them.

We are about to look into working together with a childrens support charity after finishing floor plans for The East Sussex National a few weeks ago. You can also find us on Instagram also. See you soon.

Due to a bumpy few months, we have not been able to update our page due to the lack of projects, but now we can finally update it. Everyone in the UK is finding it tough with the building trade at its lowest.

Here is the project in which we are working together with the Property Management Company based in London. This plan is in relation to a Land transfer plan. However, there are further new plots to be built so further alterations will need to be updated by us while the project is going on while working together with their clients the Medway Council.

The new photo shows a new timber gate that HG CAD Services designed in Sussex and this was given planning permission in December 2021. The timber gate was put in place and was completed in April 2022😃
