A kitchen transformation that shows just how powerful home staging can be! 🤩

This large new-build property had an incredibly spacious ground floor, but without furniture, it was difficult to understand how the space could be used. Upstairs felt smaller by comparison, creating an imbalance throughout the home.

Kitchens are supposed to be practical and are often the hub of the home so it was important to get this right and make the kitchen stand out so future buyers could imagine themselves in this home.

A defined area and adding warmth did just that, allowing the property to feel more balanced, realistic and inviting.

Sometimes, buyers don’t need to see the amount of space, but need to see how it can work for everyday living 🏡

From working in my warehouse pairing pieces together to being on site and seeing how everything looks pieced together!

Throughout this whole process, I’m always thinking “Is it working?”, “Does anything need to change?” and “Do I need to add more or less?”.

Once I’m happy, it’s time for me to iron, hang and set everything in place. This was one of 5 bedrooms in a large family home. My idea was fitted around a younger person, with a masculine tone but still suited a wide range of guests.

The big question is always “Does it work?” and the answer for this room was a yes. The property had been on the market empty since October 2025. Once staged, it sold in under 6 weeks… and that truly shows the power of staging.
