We headed to Bordon Hampshire today to pack up this show home.

It's been in place for 12 months and although it's sad to see it go, it's lovely knowing I can rework all these fab accessories into new projects!

Rental is great - the client gets a show home they love and when they've finished with it everything is quickly removed, no fuss, no waste and definitely no faff.

Selling an empty home is hard work for you and for your buyers.

Who is buying your house?

This three-bedroom property needed to appeal to families and those with smaller budgets, without feeling basic or uninspiring.

It had to feel welcoming, achievable and memorable, a home buyers could picture themselves living in.

It also had to suit our client who opted for our rental staging service.

As you can see the result isn’t a compromise proving you don’t need to buy everything to create your ideal show home.

When buyers walk into a property, they’re rarely thinking about square footage.

Instead, they’re looking at what’s in front of them and trying to imagine themselves living there.

This is far easier to do when a property is furnished.

If a property is empty thoughts can soon turn to size but not in a good way because empty rooms look and feel smaller. Buyers are likely to leave feeling uncertain rather than excited.

This show home formed part of phase 1 (100 homes) of a large development in Hampshire.

Our aim was to help buyers instantly see how this new build could become their next home.

We staged the property using our rental package, which includes all the furniture and home accessories needed for a simple monthly cost.
