Why do chart patterns fail?

Because a pattern is a shadow, not a cause. It's a footprint left by real forces - short interest, liquidity, positioning, catalysts. Learn the shadow and you're memorising. Learn what casts it and you're trading.

What is market capitalization? Share price × outstanding shares. It tells you the size of a company.

What is dividend yield? Annual dividend divided by stock price.

£100 stock + £5 dividend = 5% yield.

High yield = more income. But always check why.
