Our cosy lodge has just had an update with beautiful blue velour sofa, velvet chair with snuggly sheep skin and gorgeous feather filled cushions add that to the stunning view and you can’t fail but relax.

Glorious day 😊 This mornings nature watch saw a deer in the field, several large hares, lapwigs nesting and the owl! Happy Days!!

“This is a perfect, quiet lodge with beautiful views over the open countryside. If you’re looking for an undisturbed, warm retreat look no further! Only 6 minutes drive from Saltburn beach. Everything really was perfect, with a thoughtful welcome pack - including elderflower & raspberry presse (perfect after a hot walk) and freshly laid home-grown eggs. Debbie’s hospitality was professional, caring yet never intrusive. The lodge is immaculate and well thought out with everything you will need. Nice touches included binoculars to watch wildlife over the fields, the deck with sunset views…”

“Lovely place to stay - exactly as described and as per the photos. Big windows mean the lodge is full of light and give a great view of the local wildlife - with a hare coming right up to the windows ...”

Lane End Cottage:

“This is by far the best air bnb experience we’ve had. We loved everything about it and will definitely return!

“Such a great stay. Staying the week before Christmas Debbie had gone above and beyond, fully kitted out for Christmas, including Christmas tree, decorations and even Christmas placements. Everything has been considered and showed care for their guests. We couldn't have asked for a better host nor a better stay. Loved it so much we will be back!!”

Old parlour:

“We had a fantastic few days staying in the Old Parlour. Both kids (5 & 3) loved the bunk beds and the outside space was a big win with them. The Old Parlour was immaculate and exactly as described..”

Thank you to one of our lovely guests, who caught the barn owl in full flight and pointed out the ladybird and her clutch of eggs… beautiful scenery always evolving and wildlife plentiful 😇😁

Book now for a relaxing break. Set in a beautiful location, on the outskirts of Saltburn.

We have 3 unique properties with excellent reviews and many returning guests.

Lane End Cottage with its large open plan living and dining area two large bedrooms and one ensuite the other with a luxury slipper bath. Comfortable beds and recliner sofa/ chair. Plenty of games and DvDs Ideal for couples or families. Now also has a dishwasher

Or

The Lodge with its private views and large windows overlooking the valley. The perfect space to sit back and relax and watch the wildlife.

Or

Old Parlour with its cosy bunk room much loved by children. For the adults a comfortable Kingsize bed with large En-suite bathroom.

Each property is unique and separate from each other. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

Due to a last minute cancellation out beautiful cottage is available from Thursday 20th Feb until Friday 28th Feb. Suitable for couples or families. This is half term in some areas.

The cottage has open plan living/ dining with log burner/ two double bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with slipper bath and separate shower. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite. Recent addition of a dishwasher.

The second bedroom can be King or twin and we could place a guest bed for a child in one of the bedrooms.
