Job Description:
Luxuria Property Ltd is a vibrant and growing Construction and Property Management Company based in Virginia Water, with projects in and around Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, including projects on the prestigious Wentworth Estate. The company was founded in 2015 and is forever expanding.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced decorator who has excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of high quality decorating. The successful candidate will need to be able to deliver high quality works in line with the project programme and be able to work alone or as part of the wider team. We are also looking for someone who's flexible, and when no decorating work is required to help the team with labouring jobs.
You must have at least a minimum of 5 years experience.
We are offering this position on either an employed PAYE or self-employed basis.
Pay: From £33,000.00 per year
PAYE: You must have a full UK driving license of 2 years +, a company Van and fuel card will be provided
Pay: Starting from £33,000 a year, depending on experience & Company Pension.
Self-Employed: Salary between £140.00 - £150.00 per day, dependent on experience. Must have your own Van & access to your own tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling in holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring an even and professional appearance.
- Select appropriate materials and tools for each project, considering factors such as surface type and desired finish.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- Complete projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Skills
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Valid driving licence to travel to various job sites as required.
- Strong painting skills with experience in both interior and exterior work.
- Ability to drive projects from start to finish while demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, showing flexibility in approach to tasks.
- Wallpaper application desired but not essential.
