The Black Shed is really coming to life now!

The zinc roof is finished and solar panels are installed. Our stonemasons have begun cladding the external walls, while inside we are progressing with first fix plumbing and electrics.

This impressive Trevone Bay property is becoming more striking each week. The combination of zinc roofing and stone cladding will look absolutely stunning.

Great progress at Zeath @ The Bay this week!

With both properties being built in parallel, all the blockwork on plots 6 and 7 is now finished. We have fitted all the standard windows, and the roofs are covered with slate, so both buildings are almost watertight now.

We are waiting for the bespoke powder coated aluminium sliders for the lounge balconies and the large two storey windows for the entrance halls. Once they arrive, these Constantine Bay homes will look stunning.

The mechanical first fix is completed, the electrical first fix begins on 9th March, and the cedar and stone cladding are on order.

The roof is taking shape at Zeath @ The Bay!

Despite some challenging southwesterly winds, our carpentry team has worked brilliantly in all conditions to install the glulam beams and rafters on plots 6 & 7 in Constantine Bay.

These homes have been carefully designed with vaulted ceilings, open plan layouts, and reverse living to make the most of the stunning coastal views. It's great to see the project coming together.

Great progress at The Black Shed, Trevone Bay this week!

After postponing the roof structure installation by a week due to recent storms, conditions have improved and we are now progressing at full speed. We have captured some excellent drone footage showing how the project is taking shape.

Full credit to our site team for their perseverance in such an exposed coastal location. This contemporary home will offer stunning views across Harlyn Bay and beyond.
