The Black Shed is really coming to life now!

The zinc roof is finished and solar panels are installed. Our stonemasons have begun cladding the external walls, while inside we are progressing with first fix plumbing and electrics.

This impressive Trevone Bay property is becoming more striking each week. The combination of zinc roofing and stone cladding will look absolutely stunning.

Great progress at Zeath @ The Bay this week!

With both properties being built in parallel, all the blockwork on plots 6 and 7 is now finished. We have fitted all the standard windows, and the roofs are covered with slate, so both buildings are almost watertight now.

We are waiting for the bespoke powder coated aluminium sliders for the lounge balconies and the large two storey windows for the entrance halls. Once they arrive, these Constantine Bay homes will look stunning.

The mechanical first fix is completed, the electrical first fix begins on 9th March, and the cedar and stone cladding are on order.
