After an incredible influx of last minute bookings throughout July and August (some even hours before arrival time), our Staff have been amazing faced with tight schedules, 2 trashed houses and early guests arriving before time permits.

Despite all, they have never let us down and their professionalism shines through.

As we appreciate our Staff and in recognition of their continuous hard-work and support, we arranged an evening out camping with family and friends. No XBox, or TVs with that view. Just good 'ole fun with food and drink

A secluded beach bearing my families surname. Nearby, two stunning properties we manage, with coastline views and pathways to explore.

The beach takes its name from "The Greenaway", the grassy coastal path that
runs around Trebetherick Point between Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The beach was subsequently known by the name of that path.

Professional holiday let cleaning, involves the regular upkeep and management by a Housekeeper to return a rental property to be guest ready for each stay.

Professional cleaning involves much more than the surface cleaning associated with domestic. It is staging the house to a high standard to give the guests' a memorable stay.

First impressions can set the tone for guests reviews and return bookings.

We 'Pride' ourselves on providing high cleaning standards for all our clients.

Each housekeeper, focuses on one rental property to be guest ready, to give the dedicated time to meet the standards we set and uphold.

From shower and dishwasher traps taken apart, to cookers, washing machines, dryers and fridge freezers fully cleaned; even ice trays filled with fresh water to freeze and plants watered.

High chairs, travel cots to hoovers inspected with new bags. Windows and blinds are clean and fully functional, the top-up of guests house stock, to fireplace cleans and much more....

As August is drawing to a close, what a month of bookings this has been and continues to be... phone calls and re-organising matters out on the road as we go.... a 16 person 5* luxury house with damage, drafting in another cleaner to help before check-in time.

A departure clean then becoming a last minute booking with less than 3 hours before arrival time. Dedicated long term Staff who 'pull it out the bag' every time. Professional, courteous and experienced in every way. Team work at its best and celebrating another birthday.

From beautiful coastlines to landscapes. A day off is with family and our animals.

Lots of early starts this week preparing for numerous changeovers/arrivals.

2 new lodges in St. Merryn and St. Minver we now manage. Cleaning areas that never seem to be as we discovered with dirty window recesses and blinds. Everything is about cleanliness and presentation with us.

Even had some lovely guests' children leave us a picture with their review at a property.

Finishing the day with drinks at the Upper Deck, Rock.

This cast iron table and chairs was looking very old and worn.

Surfaces rubbed down, primed and re-sprayed. Back in situ for guests to enjoy the garden.

It's been incredibly busy with last minute bookings, changeovers and meetings recently, with more residentials' joining us.

At the end of the day, still making time to celebrate two Staff birthdays.... this is how we do it! 😀🎉
