Just a little note to my lovely clients, obviously the weather is very warm, please try and keep your home as cool as possible.
Cleans may take slightly longer than usual as I will have to stop for drinks and to mop my brow aswell as your floors!!

Not a post I want to be writing but it's getting silly now having to chase up payments for invoices sent. Invoices are always sent on the day the clean is completed, these are due to be paid within 48hrs which I personally think is acceptable considering you wouldn't go into a shop or salon and pay the bill 2 days later.
So i have made the following decision, if invoices are not paid ON TIME (date due by) this does not secure your next clean and your slot will be offered to people on the waiting list.
People are viewing invoices (yes it tells me you have viewed it) and still not sending payment.
It saddens me I have had to do this coming upto 2 years in business .
