🔥 We're Back with a HUGE Update! You Asked, We Delivered!
"Where have you been?" The answer is simple: EXTREMELY busy! Since our last update in February, we haven't stopped. Check out what we've been up to:

✅ Project DONE!
Our gorgeous four-bedroom Barn Conversion near Upper Heyford is officially complete! The client is moved in and loving it.

🏗️ Current Site: South Oxfordshire New Build
Since June 11th, we've been tackling a big one. This build started with a massive challenge: a huge reduce dig (40+ lorry loads!) and a big engineered retaining wall, all before the foundations could be dug for the build.
• Progress: The roof is going on now! Brickwork/blockwork is 90% done, just the gables left. Plus, we're digging out 75m of trenches for all the crucial utilities (waste, electric, water).

🏊 Indoor Work for Rainy Days
To beat the cold and rain, we've shifted focus inside, restoring a swimming pool in a local house We're currently putting the steps back in place.

Now concrete is in we can mark it all out so the customer can get the idea of the layout and change things if needed.

Update on the new job 🧱
Well we worked over Xmas the new years on our job north of Upper Hayford to get this one dug out for inspection in the New Year
With the building inspector happy concrete was ordered.
With concrete now in as of tomorrow we can start the build up to the new doc level.
From there we will be tackling the oversite and drainage ready for the oversite to be poured with more concrete for the internal and external walls to go up.
Some new things to learn on this job as we also have to fit a radon gas barrier membrane in our floor build As we are in a very low radon gas area. Well half of the building is Best to be save I suppose
