Out shopping with these lovely new landlords today, who have just bought a 7 bed HMO that needed interior design sorting out before I can start letting it out.

This has always been one of my favourite parts of property management & with these landlords simply not knowing where to start, I've held their hands from start to finish ensuring that their property is not only compliant but will maximise their cash flow. (Including walking around Dunelm for hours 🤣)

Now it's time to dress / stage the property.. ready to go online! 🙌🙌

A good week for our lettings department.. We picked up the keys for a 6 bed HMO for management takeover, for a new landlord 🤝 🔑✅
Along with another 7 bed HMO that has been sold to an overseas landlord that has been referred to us for property management 🙌🤝🔑✅

We have taken over quite a few over the years, by landlord referrals but this is the first time we've collected keys for two separate HMO landlords on the same day! RESULT 😁
