Important Stamp Duty Update 🚨

Don’t miss out on potential savings! Changes to Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) are coming in April 2025:

✅ First-time buyers: The current £425,000 tax-free threshold drops to £300,000. Homes priced between £300,001 and £500,000 will face a 5% tax, meaning higher costs for many buyers.

✅ General buyers: The zero-tax threshold for residential properties will decrease from £250,000 to £125,000, with a 2% tax applied on properties between £125,001 and £250,000.

📆 Act before 31 March 2025 to benefit from the current lower thresholds and save thousands!
