We pride ourselves on staying on budget. With fortnightly invoicing of work completed, you can plan and manage your budget, with no hidden surprises. I’m Tom Nicholls and ever since I can remember I have had a passion for building things! Spending over 10 years perfecting my trade as a bricklayer on many a building sites across Surrey. With projects running over time, over budget and not to the highest standards, I avidly believed then as I do now, that we could offer something better. It was my dream to start TN Design & Build in Walton on Thames, Surrey, over 9 years ago. With a vision to provide the highest quality workmanship and personal experience to each and every customer. I now get to help people every day build their dream home. But I certainly don’t do it alone. For each project, we bring on our talented and trusted partners. These relationships are critical to success and we thrive on these long-standing relationships and the different perspectives they bring to ensure we keep our design and builds up to date and competitive. Unlike many other small businesses, we have our in-house accountant. Kath ensures we deliver on one of our core standards of trust. Keeping your project costs up to date and with fortnightly invoicing throughout a job, there will be no hidden or surprise costs. Chris - Site Foreman
Regardless of the nature or size of job, you will have your own dedicated site foreman running the smooth day to day management of your build. Chris can be found on site every day and their main priority is to organise and deliver your build on time (or ahead if they can) and to the highest standard. Sabrine- Office Co-ordinator
In the office, is Sabrine. As your first point of contact, she will arrange everything from the initial meeting with Tom through to keeping you up to date at every stage of the build. Sabrine will listen to any concerns, answer your questions and provide reassurance throughout the life of your build.
