♿️ Our Accessible Lodge – Hare 🐰

We were delighted to welcome our third wheelchair user guest to our accessible lodge, Hare. 💚

We thought we’d share a few photos and a little video to show how Hare is set up to make the lodge as accessible and comfortable as possible for wheelchair users and guests with additional accessibility needs.

One of our recent guests kindly commented:

“It’s absolutely perfect, and you even put the shower head lower down ready for me to use.” 🥰

I personally call Hare our “dual-access lodge”, as it has been designed to be accessible for guests with a range of needs, while still being a beautiful and comfortable lodge for everyone to enjoy. 🏡❤️

We’ve welcomed both wheelchair users and non-disabled guests to Hare, and we love that it’s a lodge that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Our latest guest even managed to enjoy our private hot tub! 🛁♿️ Before booking, they contacted me so that I could take measurements and discuss the set-up with them, allowing them to decide whether it would work for their individual needs.

Accessibility is different for everyone, so we’re always happy to have a chat before booking, answer questions, provide measurements or photos, and do whatever we reasonably can to help guests decide whether Hare is suitable for them. ❤️

🌞 Well, what can I say?! 🌞

Sorry for the lack of updates lately, but WOW… what a fantastic summer we have had! 🥰✨

We’ve been so busy welcoming lots of lovely couples and families from all over the country, with 35 different sets of guests staying with us over the school holidays! 😁🏡
