🏡 Another Dream Home Completed by the PHI Team! 🏡

Another fantastic conservatory transformation completed by the PHI team! 👏

Another fantastic repair job completed by the PHI team in Poole! 👏
This project involved:�🧱 Removing 4 courses of tiles, felt and battens around the chimney�🔧 Supplying and fitting a new front and rear lead tray�🪛 Installing new lead soakers and step flashings�🏠 Supplying new felt and battens�🧰 Re-tiling using the existing tiles�🧱 Raking out and repointing the chimney on all 4 elevations�🧱 Renewing the cement flaunching and fitting 2 new chimney cowls�🛡️ Sealing the chimney using Johnson brick sealant

Another fantastic roofing project completed by the PHI team in Swanage! 👏
This project involved:�🔨 Removing all the stone from the rear roof and lower roof�🪵 Repairing defective roof timbers�🏠 Installing new roofing felt and battens�🪨 Relaying the stone roof, supplying replacement stones where required�🧱 Repointing all the stonework to finish the job to a high standard
All completed during this incredible heatwave! ☀️🌡️
