Setting up for today’s property photography in Caterham

As you can probably tell from this photo, there’s a reason I employ a professional photographer… 😂

Photography is such an important part of selling a home. With buyers scrolling through Rightmove and Zoopla, those first few images can make the difference between scrolling past and booking a viewing.

My job is to help get the house camera-ready, make those last-minute tweaks and work alongside someone who actually knows what they’re doing behind the camera to capture the home at its very best.

Sometimes that means moving furniture, clearing a surface or adding a few finishing touches. Today, it also meant a quick trip to Floral Gallery in Caterham for these gorgeous fresh flowers 🌻

They bring a little colour, warmth and life to a room, and help create that all-important first impression.

Well… this one took some time, but I’m so pleased to have handed over the keys today! 🔑🏡

After agreeing a sale in just under two weeks, the progression on this one wasn’t quite as speedy. There were a few delays, but most importantly, we kept the sale together.

And today, we got there. 🎉

A very happy seller, an excited buyer collecting the keys to their new home, and a sale successfully completed.

Getting an offer is only the first part of selling a home. Keeping a sale together and progressing it all the way through to completion matters just as much.
