Welcome to the world 🌎
Atlas cove kerby 💪🏻
Little guy decided to come a couple of weeks early. All went well, 6lbs 8oz born 11th of April at 11:52am ⏰
Mum did and doing well! Life is good 🙌🏻

The old tenant left a month early …
But it worked out in our favour. She forfeited the full deposit and left over £120 on the electric meter for the new tenant 😳
A few days after she moved out I got some minor things taken care of and by that weekend I hosted an open house. 💡
18 people booked in for it. And the usual happened. A third wanted it, a third was unsure and the third didn’t turn up 😅
The main thing, we got somebody who was willing to pay £100 over asking rent. Taking the precious £900 PCM to £1000 smashing the ceiling price again!💪🏻
New tennant was moved in before the end of the month and a job well done. Everything done via the platform. Couldn’t recommend it anymore. It’s worked wonders for me and my clients, anybody wanting advice on it give me a shout 👍🏻

This came at a great time for me as my main goal this year is to get my fitness back💪🏻
Most of these I will carry in with.
5am starts (except on weekends)
2 litres of water a day
Cold showers
Gym/work out 4 times a day
✅✅✅
The only thing I know I won’t keep up with is the no sugar! I think I can permanently keep it out of my coffees now and the no sugar syrups taste just the same 👍🏻
But , I definitely need 1 sugar in my tea! I drink decaf tea. And decaf tea with no sugar In is basically dish water 😂 I am partial to a bit of chocolate here and there too😋
All in all , happy with my dedication over the 3 weeks only failing on 3 days which fell on the weekend where i didn’t get up at 5am ❌

Just past the half way point in the 💪🏻

No sugar ✅
2 litters of water per day ✅
Exercise 4 times a week ✅
12 minutes of cold water exposure a week ✅
Get up at 5am everyday ❌ (last Sunday and this Saturday I didn’t do it)
Tracked mostly on my 💪🏻 (wake up and sleep times are a little off. I woke up earlier than stated on some days and actually went sleep later than stated on some days but you get the Gist )
After one of the most challenging weeks at work that I can remember, doing the daily habits , probably prevented me from having a mental break down 😅
The hardest? No sugar. By a country mile. Absolute torture. 😂

Gym for 6am✅
Cold shower for 3mins at quarter to 7✅
2 litres of water by 1pm ✅
Journalling tonight ✅
No sugar in my coffee or any chocolate etc 😩✅

Wasn’t going to post a video as I’m on a bit of social media sabbatical at the mo but I’m bored with all the no shows 😅
Not done a self video in ages so bare with the rustiness 🥴.. 22 viewings booked in today. Expecting only 15 of them to show up at best! But probably 10 of them to want it 👍🏻
3rd time using an open day type viewing on a property and it’s worked as well as ever. It gets all your viewings done in 1 hit and also creates competition as other viewers see each other 👀
Pretty much a turn key property. This is going to give a quick nice return to one of my clients with minimal fuss🙌🏻

This is a MUST listen. has one of the greatest minds on the planet and also runs the most lucrative hedge fund company on earth so he knows his stuff 🧠
Abit of a long one but if you’ve got a long car journey well worth a listen. Along with they breakdown all things economic and political and more goings on at the moment. Then explain the patterns and the cycles that have happened in history many times before to help you combat it 🤛
If you haven’t quite got the time, ray has got sone brilliant animated YouTube videos that breakdown things to keep you ahead of the game. He is one of the main reasons why I’ve got economically and thoughtfully smarter in the last few years 💪🏻
