Over the past few years, I haven't been very active on social media, yet my followers continue to ask me, "What do I do?"
Firstly, I'd like to clarify that my name is not JONA. :)
My company is actually named after my 10-year-old son. My name is Inde, and I'm involved in more than just property investment; I also assist other investors in building their property portfolios.
Currently, with the assistance of three building teams, we successfully completed 3 HMO renovations and several other buy-to-let properties last year. In total, we finished 15 projects.
So far this year, we have three properties in the purchasing process and two renovations scheduled for this month. Two offers were accepted this month, while one was accepted in May.

3. After sourcing a property we clarify quote and schedule the renovation works, while also checking potential completion dates with solicitors.
4. We plan all renovations to adhere to similar standards, considering price and location, to benefit both clients and the builders.
5. I highly value my team for their contributions, and typically, my clients do not have to pay for the first two years of maintenance because we complete all renovations to a very high standard.
6. We coordinate all work and creating a comprehensive plan for our investors. This way, renovations are typically completed within 3 to 4 months, resulting in savings on bills.
