This one made us smile. 🤗

A couple of months ago, this gorgeous family lost their buyer just days before exchange and, for a moment, it looked like the whole chain could fall apart. 😢

We worked really closely with them and our lovely seller, gave them the time they needed to rescue their sale, and helped keep everything moving behind the scenes. ⛓️‍💥

On Friday, they finally got the keys to their new home. 🔑🏡

Our seller is over the moon too. After previously trying to sell with another agent, she trusted us to take things over, get her the best price and be properly hands-on from start to finish. 🤝

It wasn’t the easiest one that's for sure, but these are the ones that remind us why we fight so hard our customers. 💛

Lots of chasing, lots of conversations, lots of stressful moments… but a very happy ending for everyone involved. 🥰

This one nearly didn’t happen!

Days before giving birth, our buyer lost their own buyer just before exchange. 😢

Our seller gave them the grace to rebuild their chain, and we’ve spent the last few months helping them piece it all back together and keep the move alive. 🏘

Today, finally, contracts have exchanged 🤝

Tomorrow, we get to enjoy handing over the keys. 🔑

Not an easy one. But definitely one worth fighting for. ✨️

The universe always falls in love with a stubborn heart… and this one definitely tested ours. 💛

When this lovely couple first came to us, they had their hearts set on another home, and then lost it, but every cloud has a silver lining. And this one was worth waiting for. ✨

Through relationships we’ve built over the years, a few honest conversations and a little bit of persuasion, we uncovered this beautiful home off-market… and somehow, we all manifested this gem together. 🙏

But in the end...finding the house was the easy bit — getting everyone to the finish line was another story. 😂

This was a chain that tested everyone involved, but with patience, persistence and some amazing teamwork, those keys finally made it into the right hands. 🔑🤝

A huge thank you to our wonderful sellers too, who trusted us, worked with us and played such a huge part in making this happen. ❤️

Not only did we help this beautiful family find their forever home, but we were also trusted to sell the home they were leaving behind — a place full of so many memories. 🥰🏡

And somewhere along the way, this stopped feeling like a typical move.

We’ve laughed, cried, vented and celebrated together… and genuinely feel like we’ve gained friends for life. 🤗

Weeks like this! 🔑🏡

Lots of happy faces and a big sigh of relief all round. 🥰

These haven’t been the easiest sales to get over the line. Each one has thrown up its own challenges, there’s been plenty of stress behind the scenes and, a LOT of chasing to keep everything moving in the right direction!

One of these homes never even made it to the portals — we matched the right people, quietly agreed the sale off-market and the rest, as they say, is history. 🤝

But this is why we care so much about what happens after a sale is agreed.

Because when you’ve been in the thick of it with people for weeks (sometimes months), you’re invested. You know what’s riding on that moving date. You know how much they want it. And you feel every bloody bump in the road with them - literally! 😂

Then moving day finally arrives. 📦

You hand over those keys, see the smiles and the relief on everyone’s faces and think…Yep. That’s why we do it!

It’s genuinely been a pleasure getting to know and work with everyone involved, and we couldn’t be happier to see some really lovely families finally starting their next chapters. ✨️

A few more grey hairs for us and the solicitors, perhaps… but absolutely worth it. 😂🙌

We’re absolutely over the moon to have this one exchanged. 🤝

Our history with these lovely sellers actually goes right back to the very beginning of Harper Williams. We sold their previous home as one of our first ever sales when we launched the business — so to be trusted by them again all these years later really does mean a lot. 🥰

And what they’ve done with this home since they bought it is incredible. ✨The transformation is a real credit to them, and they’re leaving behind one seriously beautiful home. 😍

The new buyers absolutely love it too. They’re so excited to get the keys and start their new chapter here in Culcheth — and having got to know them along the way, it’s been a genuine pleasure working with them too. ☺️

Lovely sellers. Lovely buyers. And one of those sales that reminds us just how much repeat business and relationships mean to us. 💛

We can’t wait for moving day now — handing over those keys and seeing everyone head off into their next chapter is the best bit. 🔑🏡
