SSTC after 8 days on the market 🙏🏼💫

Very happy with the results of the first renovation, first of many… Already got my eyes on a couple more if I can get them secured for the right price 💷

Following a few weeks of intense workload, here it is… a little snippet of my first renovation ready to go to market and will be live by the end of this week 🙏🏼 Took a little longer than expected but the end is in sight and now to begin the next step of the process… find a buyer, agree a sale and get it completed!

Success story for this week… and for the last few weeks! Haven’t posted in a while as been crazy busy but want to share that my first property flip renovation is pretty much complete! 💫

Few snagging bits to go through, fences left to paint and then turf to lay but then will be market ready.

2 agents have already been out, a note posted through the door from a local family interested in buying off market and who viewed the property yesterday…

Pretty successful week… before and after pictures to follow soon 🏡

Property Refurb update…
Pretty much a full re plaster of my current project has had to take place and is drying out slowly but nicely… just this alone has made a massive difference to how the vision is coming to life! Kitchen is arriving on Wednesday and so excited to see that go in
All being well, on track to have the keys handed back to me before the year is out 🙏🏼

Further progress has been made end of last week / early this week. The wall between the kitchen and dining room has been removed and new steel put in place to open up what will be the kitchen/dining space leading out into the garden. Partitioning wall will go back in between the dining room and living room to complete the downstairs adjustments 🏡 🛠️

🔑 🏡 So after a few legal delays this happened today!

So excited to finally have the keys to this project and works to commence at the end of this week already!
