We’ve been really busy at Rise & Restore lately, and we’re so grateful for every referral, recommendation and message we receive.

But we thought it was time to take things back to basics and remind you a little bit about who we are and why we do what we do.

We’re a family-run team with experience across qualified social work, care team management and housekeeping. Between us, we bring years of experience supporting people, understanding complex situations and, most importantly, caring for people with compassion and without judgement.

Caring isn’t something we’ve simply added to our business — it’s what we have always done. ❤️

“Will you judge me or the condition of my home?”
Absolutely not. ❤️
We understand that there can be many reasons why someone reaches a point where their home feels overwhelming. Our role is to listen, understand and support, not judge.

❓ “I don't know where to start. Can you help?”
Yes. That's exactly why we're here.
You don't need to have everything organised before asking for help. We can help you understand what needs to be done and work through it one step at a time.

❓ “Do you just come in and throw everything away?”
No.
We understand that belongings can have meaning and that clearing a home can be extremely emotional.
We take a person-centred approach, working with the individual and, where appropriate, alongside professionals involved in their care.

❓ “Do you work alongside social workers and other professionals?”
Yes.
We regularly work alongside professionals to provide practical support where someone is experiencing hoarding or self-neglect.
Our aim is to work as part of the wider support network and help create a safer, more manageable home environment.

❓ “What if the situation is really bad?”
Nothing is that bad ❤️
Every situation is different. Whether things have gradually become overwhelming or there are serious concerns around the condition of the property, we can talk through what's needed and look at the best way forward.
There is always a starting point.

❓ “What happens when I contact Rise & Restore?”
There's no pressure.
We will have a conversation about what's happening, listen to your concerns and discuss how we may be able to help.
