Referrals!

When we refer a business to our clients, the motivation usually falls into one of two categories:

A financial incentive for the referrer, or

A genuine belief in the quality and necessity of the service being recommended.

For me, it has always been the latter.

Recently, I’ve been recommending Amber Movers to clients who are in the process of moving home. But it raised an important question: How well do I really know the service I’m recommending?
