🌟 New Property Alert 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve taken on a new property for Temporary Accommodation management! 🎉

Here’s the story: we originally sourced this property to another provider, but the landlord wasn’t satisfied with the service and decided to bring it back to us as we became a provider ourselves. 💪

Through strong relationships and dedication, we’ve been able to:
✅ Onboard a new council partner
✅ Ensure the existing occupant and her children can remain in their home without disruption
✅ Provide the landlord with a better service

This is a proud moment for our team as we continue to grow, build trust, and make a positive impact in 2025🏡✨

New property on boarded 🏡

We viewed a property yesterday evening, negotiated terms with the Landlord and got the go ahead 🤝

Always have the right paper work in place to protect yourself and the Landlord, so it doesn't come back to bite you later on 📝😬

Unfortunately Rent 2 Rent can get a bad name in the industry but here at Forte Property Group we don't see it as a investment strategy. It's a tool we utilise to house homeless people. Treat it like a business and it will pay you like one 💎

This one is a larger then average 3 bed flat, keep your eyes peeled for the walkabouts tour 👀

Forte Property Group are looking to ramp up the amount of properties we have under management so if your a landlord with Single Let or HMO's in or around North & West London get it touch 🏘

This property was passed onto us by a agent who we will happily be paying a fee. So agents & sourcers feel free to get in touch. 💰
