✔️ You’ll need a valid legal reason to regain possession

That could be:
✔️ Rent arrears
✔️ Selling the property
✔️ Moving back in

✔️ Rent increases must follow a formal process
✔️ Usually limited to once per year
✔️ And the correct notice must be given
