PROJECT COMPLETE - 5 BEDROOM HMO in DONCASTER

We are absolutely over the moon with the finished result of this stunning 5 bedroom HMO in Doncaster.

It has been a real pleasure bringing our client’s vision to life on his first HMO project and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout.

The project involved transforming a tired 3 bedroom house into a 5 bedroom, all-ensuite HMO, with every room given its own individual design and character.

The loft space was transformed into a beautiful self-contained bedroom, complete with its own kitchen and a spacious ensuite featuring both a bath and shower.

Downstairs, the rear ground-floor bedroom benefits from its own private courtyard, creating a unique outdoor space that really sets the room apart.

There are often preconceptions about who lives in an HMO, but this project is a great example of how far the sector has evolved. The design and finish have been carefully tailored towards young professionals looking for high quality, modern accommodation they can be proud to call home.

This project has given us the opportunity to learn, develop and overcome plenty of challenges along the way. Looking back, it really highlights just how far we have come as a business over the last couple of years.

The clearance has begun inside Project 2 Patrick 1. Scaffolding erected at the front and garden clearance has began at the rear so that we can get the scaffold up at the back 💪🏻
