Here's a luxurious hot chocolate recipe perfect for Friday night at Waterton Green! Perfect for cosying up on a cold winter day. ☕

Ingredients: (Per person)

240 ml of whole milk
120 ml of heavy cream
120 ml of semisweet chocolate chips
5 ml of vanilla extract (optional)
1 ml of ground cinnamon (optional)
Whipped cream & marshmallows, for topping (optional)

Instructions:

1.) In a small saucepan, heat the milk and cream over medium heat until steaming.

2.) Add the chocolate chips and stir until they are melted and the mixture is smooth.

3.) Stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.

4.) Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream & marshmallows, if desired.

Keep in mind that you may need to adjust the cooking time and temperature slightly depending on the quantity of hot chocolate you are making. Enjoy your rich and creamy hot chocolate!
