Residents getting their hair done at this care scheme in Birmingham proved to be a bit tricky, so to get to the root of the problem we refurbished this salon with new flooring, decorations, installation of dummy wall to cover all the unsightly pipework before fitting of purpose made units leaving a finish that's a cut above. ✂️✂️

A number of communal lounges needed external access so residents could enter the garden area with friends and family at a care scheme in Birmingham. The rooms only had windows so it meant a trip around the care home to do this. Works include removal of the existing UPVC windows, cutting out the brickwork inc making good to brick ends, closing the cavity, making good the concrete floor and installing 2 new anthracite finished aluminium door sets.

Got the lads cleaning some troublesome gutters with our vacuum cleaning system. Three storey building proved to be no problem, as you can see it removed quite a bit of debris and on the plus side it also removes the need for expensive tower scaffolding.

And you can't just do the boys so we did the girls toilets at the same time. Again, completely stripping out the existing and replacing complete in the same specification as the boys.

A welcome refurbishment to boys toilets at a primary school in Cradley Heath with the existing looking like it had been there for many years. Works included stripping out of all cubicles, vanity units, white goods and flooring to be replaced with new compact laminate cubicles and postformed vanity units. New non - slip flooring, hand dryers, soap dispensers and finished with complete redecoration.

Small car park amendment to residential scheme in Stourbridge. Addition of a single slab pathway to allow easier access to vehicles parked in disabled bays. Excavation of a small strip of grass, hardcore sub base and finished with sand, cement and 2 x 2 slabs, edging kerbs and a concrete fillet.

This dated kitchen was due for renewal at a scheme in the Telford area. Upgraded with new units, worktops, sink top with taps, wall tiles, plinths, boiler service boxing and floor coverings along with replacement of any faulty electrical items and plumbing alterations for appliances.

One of our commercial clients in Wolverhampton was experiencing roof problems during heavy rainfall. After a bit of investigating we found the problem to be down to a collapsed storm drain just outside the front of the property. Following a quick drain survey we located the exact area of the collapse and started digging. Cutting back the pipe and enough of the excavation to allow us to insert a new section of underground and a couple of band seals, the roof could safely discharge all storm water from the roof without water cascading into the offices. Backfilling and relaying of the block pavers completes the job. Like we'd never been there. 👍
