ners / investors wanting to put the management of their own property in to safe hands and this inspired our bespoke lettings business. We are extremely passionate about our brand and our service and we identify with the needs of our customers because of the experiences gained with our own property. We take the business of lettings, of our customers both Tenants and Landlords very seriously and to this end we offer contact seven days a week. Our tenants can rely on fast responses to breakdowns and wants of repairs, Landlords can expect a genuine hassle free service. Keeping pace with changes in the property market is essential to ensure our customers remain legislation compliant. Our customers are able to benefit from our own website alongside The Letting Agency and Rightmove portals which are regularly updated to keep them current. Our services also include commercial property rental and block management and we welcome people to our offices to find out why we are the right people to manage their property! In addition to the usual services provided by a letting agent we also provide a full range of property maintenance services including building works, testing of Gas and Electrics and provision of EPC’s (energy performance certificates) for those landlords and property owners who live a large distance away from their properties or overseas.
