June Calendar photo is of the outdoor kitchen in the 2024 regional award winning self build home. Lovely for summer entertaining although with a roof over this one it can potentially be used all year round.

A day late but its a very busy time ! May calendar picture is the custom build farm house in Lincolnshire. And a photo of the lovely weather we had yesterday.

One of these buildings is real brick and the other is mathematical tiles which look like brick 👀

Delighted to have gained planning permission to completely transform this large family home in Lincolnshire. The extension above and behind the garage creates a luxurious master bedroom suite, the single storey flat roof extension to the rear creates a large open plan kitchen dining family space, the old flat roof porch canopy replaced with pitched canopy. In addition to extending and altering the property the external materials are to be changed to blue grey cedral cladding, white render and dark grey windows and doors.
