It's been very quiet on here recently, as graffiti in the village has pretty well all been cleared. As an open site, it is evident that the morons have read posts here, so confidential information is posted elsewhere, away from their prying eyes. With luck, they have given West End up as a waste of their time and are posting elsewhere. We are close to discovering who they are.

Good afternoon Resident, Further to the alert I sent out at the beginning of the year, I’d like to...

A big tag recently in the centre of the village. A bit idiotic tagging in such plain view of a CCTV camera, so the police now have a couple of sets of video results to work with. It's only a matter of time before these morons are identified by somebody that knows of them.

I received a message saying that Bests Chippy had had their shutters tagged again. I went to see them and took a photo of the tags. They have CCTV showing two lads on bicycles working together at the same hour as Ty! earlier, but neither of these two is Ty! as he is left-handed and they aren't. So wake, cb and fez are two young lads. Somebody told me this morning that there is an older guy that hangs around with younger lads; it could be that he has his own little gang of vandals helping him. Fez says come catch me, but these two lads aren't the sharpest tool in the box, tagging on CCTV. I left them a can of Graffiti Remover and told them that the police would be very interested in their video footage.

Two tags done last night on that abandoned small lorry in the St James Church car park. One Fez in black, the other Woke in red. Again, obviously the same person or two morons going out at the same time. I can't believe that only these two tags were done , so I'll see what else they have been up to.

Vers tags cleaned off both bus shelters in the centre of the village, three on each, one shelter tagged light blue, the other pink. This confirms my thoughts that the spray paint has been bought in a set of different colours from the likes of Amazon. The moron is to be thanked, because it comes off that particular glass really easily, leaving no smears. The same will apply to the Vers and Bootlicker tags on the old In-Excess building which I'll do shortly

We have a spate of new graffiti last night. A new moron, calling himself Bootlicker. He has done all along West End Road, bus stops green boxes, the screening on the mousehole roundabout, the side of one of the blocks of flats there, and he and DMOE/||CB have also redone the tags on the bus stops and green boxes near the Hilldene Centre, as well as the wall of the sub-station end of West End Road/High street. Also tyrant/dmz has done the road sign at the Church junction and the back of the Southampton sign. So either these morons work together, or are the same person, Bootlicker being a new alias. I've cleaned the bus shelter nearest the Church junction, both road signs, DMOE at last has gone, and also the green box near Elizabeth Court. As there was all this activity last night along these roads. is it too much to ask that there is a police patrol on a Saturday night? Catch one of these morons, and you eradicate most of the graffiti.

Many thanks for the generosity of WE residents who have donated several cans of Graffiti Remover. This afternoon, in between getting soaked by downpours, I removed several tags around the village. I finished cleaning off the DMOE tag from the Hilldene bus shelter and his CB tag from the green box corner of St James Rd/High St. Happy to see that somebody has done the Fez tag from the bus stop towards the cricket ground. I cleaned off Fez and Blump tags from the bus shelter near St James School, then two Fez tags on a green box corner of Telegraph Rd. Two small tags on a green box corner of Barnsland and the remaining ty! tag on a green box opposite the retirement flats. Then three Hero tags. One on the reverse of the no entry sign on the garage forecourt, another reverse of the Allington Lane sign and the one across the road on the green box, all in a fetching shade of turquoise.

The moron DMOE / CB has been very busy last night. A spate of red tags, not only on that electricity sub-station, but also on the corner St James Rd/High St on green boxes, white boxes, the telephone mast, the two opposite bus shelters at Hilldene and the shelter's seat. I did my best to clean the one on the sub-station, but it is difficult with brick. I cleaned most from the green and white boxes and one bus shelter, but I have run out of Graffiti Remover, so couldn't finish the other bus shelter. I'm thinking of painting over the graffiti on the white mast, and wonder whether dark green gloss paint might be the answer for the boxes, but a tin is about £24.
