I run an estate agency in this area. I've done it for three years. And I'll be honest — not enough people know about me yet.
My name is Jason and I'm your local Open House estate agent, covering West Molesey, Thames Ditton, Walton-on-Thames, Hinchley Wood, Long Ditton, Hersham and Esher.
Open House is one of the UK's largest estate agency networks — 157 offices across the country — which means you get the reach and resources of a national brand, with something the big high street chains can never give you: a local specialist who actually lives here, knows these streets, and is personally invested in getting you the right result.
That local specialist is me.
I'm not a call centre. I'm not a junior negotiator following a script. I'm a local resident who chose to build my business in this community because I believe people deserve better from their estate agent.
When I'm not helping people buy, sell or let their homes, you'll find me at the gym, out on an obstacle course, hiking, or somewhere mid-backpacking trip with a heavy rucksack and a big smile. I like a challenge — which probably explains why I run my own business.
I set up my Open House franchise here because I saw a gap. People wanted an agent they could actually trust. Someone who tells them the truth, picks up the phone, and treats their home with the same care they'd want for their own.
That's what I've been doing for three years. And that's what I'll keep doing.
