As we approach the close of another demanding year, we took a deliberate pause to invest in what truly underpins performance, resilience and long-term success: wellbeing.

Our Christmas wellbeing retreat was more than a spa day. It was a conscious reset. Space away from the day-to-day operational pressures to reflect, recharge and reconnect as a team, recognising that sustainable growth is built by people who feel valued, energised and aligned.

From me, as Director, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the most amazing team. Your professionalism, commitment and quiet determination do not go unnoticed. You consistently show up for our clients, customers and for each other, and I am genuinely proud of what we have built together. This business moves forward because of you. 🥹💙

As we head into the festive season, we do so grounded, grateful and focused, with real momentum behind us for the year ahead.

And finally, a personal note of good luck to me as I head into my upcoming CrossFit competition. A reminder that strength, discipline and mindset matter just as much outside the office as they do within it.

Here’s to finishing the year strong and stepping into the next chapter refreshed, intentional and ready for what’s next.

Major Works: What Counts, Who Pays?"

🧱 Roof replacements, Fire safety remedial works, external and internal renovations, window renewals, repointing—these all count as "major works" under leasehold law.

If any one leaseholder’s share exceeds £250, the managing agent must run a formal Section 20 consultation. ✅ It protects leaseholders and ensures fairness, but delays are common when the process isn’t handled properly.
