~Loft room~

When we bought this house someone had already started the renovation. They hadn’t followed the drawings their architect had done to get planning and made a lot of mistakes. One of those mistakes was how you accessed the loft bedroom.
They had the stairs coming up in the middle of the room effectively cutting the room in half making it unusable. It also meant you made a mess of first floor landing & bedroom layout causing tons of problems.
By moving the stairs to the loft we’ve managed to create a spacious bedroom which will have plenty of built in storage AND an en-suite bathroom.
Taking on someone else’s renovation, especially when they’ve made a lot of mistakes was always going to be a challenge but it looks like we can turn this one around. 😊
