In November 2020 we bought our first property, a rundown terrace off the seafront in Burnham-on- Sea. By May 2021 we’d fully refurbishing it and let out 5 bedrooms to group of lovely guys working in the local area.

Matt did much of the work with a small team, calling in specialist trades as needed. It needed minor structural work and modernising throughout, and has now set us up with a home we are really proud to let out.

A year on, and that first group has now moved on and we’ve re-let 4 of the 5 rooms, so if you know anyone who needs a room to rent in a recently refurbished and well looked after house, drop us a line!

It’s been a 24 hour turnaround for the house in Burnham. 4 tenants checked out last night, who have been with us for a year. Amy and I spent 3 hours at the house ensuring that it was up to standard for our tenants moving in today.

Matt arrived this morning to do a list of maintenance jobs and I checked the tenants in. With the children off on Easter break the pics show how we entertained them today! 2p machines at the amusements, doughnuts 🍩 and ice cream.🍦 The fun perks of being in business with your bestie.

We now have 3 out of 5 tenants checked in. Feeling excited for them all as they are all starting new positions in their careers in the local area and I am sure they are going to be fabulous house mates.
