We recently completed the supply and installation of new guttering and a downpipe to a lean-to outbuilding for a private client.

The existing guttering was no longer fit for purpose, so our team supplied and fitted a brand-new system to improve rainwater drainage and help protect the structure from water damage.

🏠 Another Roof Brought Back to Life! 🔨

This recent roofing project involved a complete overhaul of the roofing underlay system on both sides of the property, ensuring it's ready to stand up to the British weather for years to come.

✅ New breathable roofing felt installed
✅ New treated timber battens fitted throughout
✅ Existing roof tiles carefully retained and replaced
✅ New guttering and rear downpipe fitted
✅ Full scaffolding, materials, and waste removal included

The before-and-after photos tell the story. The old felt had definitely reached retirement age and was doing about as much waterproofing as a paper umbrella! ☔😅

🚨 Emergency Window Repair Completed 🚨

Called out after a tenant reported a window vent had become detached from the runners and was hanging unsecured above a neighbouring patio, creating a potential safety risk.

🔧 Removed the glazing unit, refitted and secured the vent, reattached all gearing, fully tested operation, and reinstated the glazing.

✅ Hazard removed
✅ Window secured
✅ Fully operational

This door handle and barrel had reached the end of the road, so our team stepped in to fit brand-new replacements and get everything working smoothly again. ✅

🛁 A fresh seal can make all the difference.

This bath's old sealant had definitely seen better days. It was time to say goodbye to the tired silicone and give it the refresh it deserved.

So we got to work:

✅ Removed the old sealant
✅ Cleaned and prepared the area
✅ Applied a fresh, crisp, watertight seal
✅ Left the bathroom looking clean, protected, and ready for use

It might not be the most glamorous job, but it's one of those small maintenance tasks that can save a lot of hassle down the line. After all, water belongs in the bath, not finding its way behind it. 💧🚫

A neat silicone finish not only improves the appearance of a bathroom but also helps protect against leaks and costly water damage.
