It hasn’t been all smiles this year but for now the market for both sales and Lettings seems pretty good. Rentals has had a turbulent few months and as predicted we’re seeing a high demand and rents rising. What we didn’t expect to see is a new wave of landlords entering the market for the first time. The sales department is riding into the summer on a wave of motivated sellers and focused buyers. Transactions may be marginally down but the buyers are committed and so fall throughs are lower.
