⭐️This was my first listing once I started my business last year. We sold it quickly originally but frustratingly we lost the buyer on the week of exchange earlier this year after a few months of the legal work!
👊After reselling the property it has been a long process which involved hammering the solicitors to get the deal done! 📞
Im over the moon we got there in the end and am so happy for my client! 🌙

Life can be in ‘limbo’ when selling your property, let alone if it ends up taking longer than expected! But I’ve ensured my client has known exactly what is going which has made things a little less stressful! 🤩

🏡So pleased for the buyers aswell, I know they have been very excited to get in and start their life together in the first home! 🏡

🙌 What an exciting week! 🙌

⭐️ THREE of my clients exchanged contracts this week on their sales, including a seller who also completed and moved home today! 🚚⭐️

⭐️Bramble Drive in West Bay exchanged and completed, this was sold to a cash buyer who can’t wait to move in! I knew the sellers personally of this property and it has been a rollercoaster of a journey- an enjoyable one though! 🎢 🤩

⭐️St. Helens road in Weymouth exchanged this week and is completing next week. This was a reasonably large chain to manage and, as always, things became more intense as we got closer to the end, but all that’s needed is a bit of proactively and to remain in contact with everyone involved. We got there! 🙌💪 ⛓️

⭐️Plot ‘E’ Joyce’s View in Marnhull- the third property to exchange on this new build site of 11 stunning homes and the first to exchange of phase 2. Can’t wait to see the finished article as it is still in construction with a hopeful Completion of September. 🛠️

I will be enjoying a well earned drink tonight and I’m confident there will be a number of corks popping as my clients celebrate! 🍾 🥂 🍻
