about Repair not Replace unfortunately the old wooden window which would have served as the Original Shop Window was Single Glazed and no Ventilation by means of opening….
Our lovely Tenant of 7 plus years has put up with Condensation Draughts and No Ventilation and numerous repairs over the years whilst we consulted with the Authorities about replacement window, So we put a temporary window in before last winter and our Tenant reported the warmest and condensation free winter ever, window was double glazed with vents and openers😉
After this and numerous reports from professional planning Company thank you Sean Williams Planning based in Weymouth with help from
Crickmay Stark Architects a year later we installed a beautiful new Wooden Double Glazed Window in keeping with the Property with Vents and Openers made by JAIC Portland…..
Great Job by everyone and big thank you to out Tenant for putting up with the upheaval 👍
