We bought the leasehold from “Person A”, who then used our funds to acquire the freehold from the original owner, pocketing the difference while we secured control of a huge redevelopment opportunity.
Now the former nightclub is being transformed into a commercial-to-residential conversion 🏚️➡️🏡
The roof has been completely rebuilt, the internals stripped back, and the entire building is being repositioned into residential accommodation. What looks chaotic now will soon become a high-performing asset.
