We’re thrilled to announce that planning permission has been approved for the change of use of a former retail store into a Spa Hotel, Restaurant, and Café/Bar!

Gerald Blain Associates acted as planning consultants on the project, delivering a range of services including the preparation of the Planning Statement and Heritage Impact Statement.

Architectural services were provided by Thomas Parry Design.

This project presents an exciting opportunity to safeguard and breathe new life into an important building in the heart of Tenby, and we look forward to seeing it come to life.

🏡 Planning Permission Secured! 🏡

We’re delighted to have secured planning permission for a domestic annex in Dorset. This project will provide our client with much-needed additional living space, allowing them to expand their home to meet their family’s needs.

The annex will be constructed using timber SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), offering a high-performance, energy-efficient and a low cost solution for the client.
