A heartfelt thank you from D&N Heating ❤️
We just wanted to take a moment to say a genuine thank you to every single person who has supported us.
Being named as one of the Final 10 in the Screwfix Top Tradesperson 2026 competition is something we're incredibly proud of, but D&N Heating wouldn't be where it is today without the people who have trusted us in their homes, businesses and workplaces over the years.
Every recommendation, every review, every repeat customer and every person who has passed our number on to a friend or family member has helped build this business.
For us, this has never just been about fixing boilers or heating systems. It's about turning up when somebody needs us, doing the job properly, treating people and their homes with respect, and being someone our customers know they can rely on.

Recently surveyed this customer for a heat pump to replace their 20-year-old boiler.
In the meantime, we got a call saying there was a strong TCP/electrical smell in the house and they suspected it was coming from the boiler… 🔥
Think we’ve found the culprit! 😬
Refurbished PCB and ignition pack going in to keep them warm until the heat pump install date.

🔥 Boiler Replacement for a Local Landlord 🔥

The existing 16-year-old Baxi boiler required a new diverter valve, hydraulic Venturi, expansion vessel and pressure relief valve.

The landlord decided replacement was the most sensible long-term option. We installed a new Navien UK boiler with a five-year manufacturer’s warranty, providing peace of mind against future repair bills and, importantly for the landlord, ensuring the tenant stays warm throughout the winter months

Combi boiler conversion with a useful little bonus 👌
As part of this conversion to a combi boiler, we removed the old hot-water cylinder, freeing up the cupboard completely.
Rather than leaving it as wasted space, we installed a radiator in the cupboard and turned it into a handy hidden drying area. The customer now has somewhere warm and out of sight to hang washing during the colder winter months.
A simple addition that makes good use of the space left behind after the cylinder removal. 🔧🔥👕
